Sooner or later, most companies will reach the point where they cannot grow any further within the boundaries of the national market. It is highly advisable to be prepared for that scenario well in advance. I strongly believe that challenges posed by international markets can be minimized via thoughtful strategy if converting them into opportunities.

Do you want efficient foreign market strategy at a transparent implementation?

An essential element of export sales strategy is market research including the mapping of competitors and their activities, actively finding potential customers as well as maintaining existing contacts. Representing the company at various international fairs, exhibitions or procurement tenders is of key importance. I can provide support for my Partners in the practical implementation of those steps.

No resources within the company to expand activities on foreign markets?

International expansion requires a great deal of investment and devotion on the side of human resources. An objective ‘eye of an outsider’ can be rather helpful in optimising sales processes or making them more efficient. I am happy to be at disposal also in that respect so that potentials hiding in expansion on foreign markets can be best exploited.

How does that look in practice?

After establishing the strategy in a creative way, we focus on to systematically achieve the milestones defined as scheduled. Practices can be fine-tuned based on regular feedback.

Perfectionism

‘Better done, than perfect’ as word has it. Everything can be done even better. However, starting and doing it are even more important for me than doing slightly better.

How does that look in practice?

The heads of people – or companies – are full of many ideas. However, only a tiny percent of those ideas will actually be implemented. I can assist you in creating value on a daily basis and according to the schedule defined.

Every company is different. Its business is shaped by the personality and the mentality of the employees as well as their preferred working methods.

I have Partner companies where the aim is to create a comprehensive commercial and sales process from scratch. And, I have companies concentrating on the implementation of targeted sales campaigns or exploring new markets and finding new customers specifically.

Any co-operation starts with consultation resulting in a company-specific schedule for joint work. Feedback is pivotal during co-operation, therefore, the efficiency and outcome of the work should be evaluated by the help of questionnaires.

ABOUT

11 years of exprerience

Over the past 11 years, I have obtained efficient business development expertise both on national and international level in sectors like food industry, financials, IT, energy and technology. In 2016, I was awarded the title ‘Best Sales Manager CEE’ by one of the biggest commercial loan insurance companies of the world. Then, I managed the export directorate of a major national mineral water and soft drinks producer for 2 years, with a global customer portfolio generating a sales revenue of HUF 3 billion. After that, I assisted the world market sales of a Hungarian technological invention in the role of business development and marketing director.

Now, I intend to put my rich skills and experiences attained those years at the service of the growth of national companies. My mission is to introduce and implement a cutting-edge sales approach in the daily commercial practice of my Partners safeguarding the profitability of sales and promoting expansion on foreign markets.
